Damaged Product?

When reporting the damaged product, please include the following information:

  • A description of the problem.

  • Details about how the order was packaged.

  • Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

Providing clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. This information is crucial for our internal reporting and helps us investigate the issue with our print and logistics partners to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Exchange?

  • Item must be unworn, in new condition with the original packaging.

  • To proceed with the exchange, we need the following information

  • Full name and last name

  • Tracking Number

  • Description of  why you want to exchange your order

  • Include at least 3 pictures of the product

  • You must send all the information to info@soloyosy.com or DM US on Instagram @soloyo_brand

Once your exchange is accepted, we will contact you again to provide you with a return address.

Customers are responsible for all exchange/return shipping costs.
